The catalytic converter skid plate is made of 10 gauge Stainless Steel. The catalytic converter skid plate protects and prevent damage to your catalytic converter while adventuring, and helps to deter theft. The stainless steel material is rust free, ensuring your plate will stay looking clean no matter the climate. However we do offer a powder coating service if you want to have your plate painted, please leave color choice in comments at checkout. Our design allows the factory hardware to be used for mounting. We also offer security hardware for the added peace of mind.
The heat shield will need to be trimmed on non-trailsport models to allow for snug fitment. See Pictures
