Warranty / Returns

Warranty:

All of our aluminum and steel lift spacers are covered by a limited lifetime warranty. The Warranty covers the Products against factory defects in material and workmanship, other than coatings, when used on passenger cars under normal use and operating conditions. These Warranties only apply to the original purchaser who retains ownership of the vehicle on which the Products were originally installed (the "Purchaser"). HRG Offroad will repair, replace or refund the purchase price of the defective product at HRG Offroad's sole discretion, which shall fully satisfy and discharge any and all warranty claims.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO ANY PRODUCTS:

THAT HAVE BEEN IMPROPERLY INSTALLED OR HAVE NOT BEEN PROPERLY INSTALLED BY A QUALIFIED, LICENSED AUTO MECHANIC EXPERIENCED IN THE INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL OF SUSPENSION PRODUCTS;

THAT HAVE BEEN IMPROPERLY SERVICED, THAT HAVE BEEN MISUSED, OR THAT HAVE BEEN MODIFIED, ALTERED OR SUBJECTED TO ABUSE, NEGLIGENCE, ACCIDENT OR COLLISION

PRESENTED FOR WARRANTY COVERAGE BY A PERSON OTHER THAN THE PURCHASER; OR

PRESENTED FOR WARRANTY COVERAGE AFTER BEING USED ON A VEHICLE OTHER THAN THE ONE ON WHICH IT WAS ORIGINALLY INSTALLED.

 

 

 

Return Policy:

To make a claim, the Purchaser should contact the HRG Offroad dealer/ retailer from which the Products were originally purchased. The dealer/retailer should then contact HRG Offroad to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to return the Products to HRG Offroad. Any and all returns must be accompanied by:

an RMA number, a sales receipt verifying the purchase of the Products, and a statement containing the Purchaser’s name, address, make and model of the vehicle, and a brief description of the claimed defect, including the circumstances under which the defect occurred. HRG Offroad will not refund custom orders. HRG Offroad will not accept Product returns without the RMA number, receipt, and statement described above. Upon receipt of RMA number, simply ship the package back to the HRG Offroad dealer/retailer it was puchased from. C.O.D. or collect shipments will be refused. Once the returns are received at HRG Offroad, HRG Offroad will evaluate the Products, verify the sales receipt, and investigate the statement. Products installed and/or removed are not eligible for return unless the product is deemed defective. Merchandise must be NEW, unused, and in original sellable condition. HRG Offroad  Merchandise showing signs of having been scratched, painted, defaced, and/or damaged during shipping will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. International Customers: We not refund duties or taxes charged by your country for importation of foreign items. Returns for exchanges or refund will be allowed only within 30 calendar days of the receipt of your product. It is the responsibility of the customer/installer to verify the correct fitment and/or vehicle application before installation.
The Purchaser is responsible for returning the Products to the HRG Offroad dealer/retailer, including shipping costs. All products will be inspected before any refunds/exchanges are issued. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method that was used. Refunds are generally issued within 7-10 business days of receiving all returned goods. Banks may require additional processing time to reflect the refund in customer account. Items purchased from Dealers must be returned to those stores in conjunction with that store's policy.


Shipping costs will not be refunded. 

No refunds will be granted after 30 days of purchase.


Refused Shipments:


If a customer refuses a shipment or carrier returns the shipment due to customer being unavailable to receive it they will forfeit the cost of shipping the item to them and return shipping costs. The item will also be handled as a Return and will automatically be subject to a restocking fee per our discretion unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Defective Merchandise:

If a warranty replacement part has been issued, HRG Offroad may request the customer return the defective part. Merchandise deemed to have a legitimate manufacturer's defect must to be returned, freight prepaid. All merchandise will be subject to inspection by HRG Offroad technicians. Merchandise deemed not to have a legitimate manufacturer's defect (No Trouble Found) will be made available for return to customer, freight collect, or will be subject to a restocking fee. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
All merchandise must be in original boxes and include all original packaging manuals and merchandise materials in order to avoid an additional restocking fee. Labor, installation, surcharges or any other applicable fees from the original purchase are non-refundable. HRG Offroad is not responsible for any consequential damage to vehicles.

This warranty does not include the reimbursement for shipping of the product to or from HRG Offroad and does not include any costs incurred during the down time of the vehicle or any other incurred costs. HRG Offroad products are designed for off road use only. The purchaser and owner agree to the risks that can potentially result in death or serious injury while off-road. HRG Offroad is not responsible or liable for any damages, injuries or deaths that could potentially result from product failure. The purchaser or owner is held responsible for all proper vehicle maintenance and is in safe operating conditions.
