Warranty / Returns

Warranty Policy

All HRG Offroad aluminum and steel lift spacers are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against factory defects in materials and workmanship (excluding coatings) when used under normal driving conditions on passenger vehicles. Sway bar end links and Camber adjusters are covered by a 1 year warranty against manufacture defects.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser who retains ownership of the vehicle on which the product was originally installed.

At its sole discretion, HRG Offroad will repair, replace, or refund the purchase price of any product found to be defective. This decision fully satisfies all warranty claims.

This Warranty Does Not Apply To Products That:

  • Were improperly installed or not installed by a qualified, licensed automotive technician experienced in suspension installation
  • Have been misused, improperly serviced, modified, altered, or subjected to abuse, negligence, accident, or collision
  • Are submitted for warranty by anyone other than the original purchaser
  • Have been used on a vehicle other than the one on which they were originally installed

Return Conditions

  • Custom orders are non-refundable
  • Products that have been installed or removed are not eligible for return, unless deemed defective by HRG Offroad
  • Returned items must be new, unused, and in original sellable condition
  • Products showing signs of damage, scratching, painting, or defacing may be subject to a 20% restocking fee
  • HRG Offroad will no accept returns on installed products
  • Returns must be requested within 30 calendar days of delivery
  • No refunds will be issued after 30 days

It is the responsibility of the customer and/or installer to verify proper fitment and vehicle application before installation.

Return Requirements

All returns must include:

  • A valid RMA number
  • Proof of purchase
  • Products returned in original packaging when possible

How to Obtain an RMA Number

To initiate a return or warranty claim, contact HRG Offroad at: sales@hrgoffroad.com

To receive an RMA number, you must provide:

  • Order number
  • Brief description of the issue or reason for return

Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number.

Shipping & Refunds

  • The purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Although shipping to the lower 48 states is free, HRG Offroad incurs shipping costs to deliver your order. If a product is returned, the original outbound shipping cost paid by HRG Offroad may be deducted from the refund, as these charges are not refunded to us by the carrier
  • All products are inspected upon return before refunds or exchanges are approved
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after refund has been processed
  • Banks and payment processors may require additional time to reflect refunds

International Orders

  • Duties, taxes, tariffs, and broker fees are non-refundable as HRG Offroad does not collect these fees/charges
  • If a shipment is refused due to unpaid import fees, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund

Dealer/Installer Purchases

Products purchased through authorized dealers must be returned through that dealer and are subject to the dealer’s individual return policy.
